After years of drinking too much, eating like crap, and being mindlessly unaware of how I felt physically, mentally or emotionally, it finally caught up with me.

In my mid-30’s, the weight crept on...slowly at first, then not-so-slowly.

I’m still unsure about hypnosis. It makes me nervous. How does it even work?

You are definitely not alone. Many of my clients have been in your shoes. It’s not something most of us are too familiar with. 

Hypnosis is a totally natural state of mind and we all experience it every day. You’re in control the entire time - in fact, it helps you gain MORE control over those thoughts that are racing through your mind most of the time. 

After the first session or so, almost all of my clients look forward to each session as their relaxing, “me-time.”

What if I can’t be hypnotized?

Well, funny story - I was one of those people who was positive I just couldn’t be hypnotized. That is, until I learned what hypnosis actually was and what it felt like.

Almost everyone can be hypnotized! Once you experience it, you’ll most likely realize you’ve been experiencing hypnosis in different aspects of your everyday life, you just didn’t know that’s what it was.

Like daydreaming. Or when great ideas magically come to you when you’re in the shower or as you’re falling asleep at night. Yeah - those are both states of hypnosis.

But I already know what I need to do to lose weight - eat better and exercise more. I just need to DO it. 

That is the biggest reason to go ahead and sign up for this program! The “doing it” part comes a whole lot easier when you get your subconscious mind on board

Most people think “I just need more willpower!” But here’s the catch. Willpower to do thinks we don’t necessarily love comes from our conscious mind. That’s about 5-10% of our mind power. It wears out. 

Your subconscious mind is the other 90-955% and it is always running the show. So isn’t it about time to work with it rather than against it? And that’s what this program is all about. 

I’ve done a lot of meditation and mindset work for other aspects of my life...but never thought about using it for health and fitness. Will this help with that?

Abso-friggin’-lutely. Mindset is one of the most important aspects of health and fitness. And if you’re already familiar with meditation, you’ve got a head start because meditation and hypnosis are VERY similar.

Our minds and bodies work together in all ways, at all times. Changing how we think about our bodies, about food, and about our abilities to reach our goals is essential to long-term success in health and fitness. And that’s one of the first things we’ll work on and will be repeated throughout the program.

I’ve tried everything else. Why would this be any different?

Hypnosis is different because it directly addresses the one thing we haven’t focused on yet - our subconscious beliefs about health, fitness, our bodies, and our ability to succeed.

Hypnosis on its own does not make you magically lose weight. It rewires your thought patterns, limiting beliefs, and self-doubt that have held you back in all of those other programs. 

In Empowered Transformation, you’ll learn how to listen to your body, how to be kind to yourself, and how to allow yourself to experience the long-lasting success you’re looking for.

I’m strapped for time. How much time is this going to take?

Each hypnosis session is about 35-40 minutes, and they are pre-recorded so you can listen at your convenience - even while you go to sleep at night. While certain recordings work best when listened to more than once, it's ultimately up to you how often you choose to listen.
