When are the calls and how long will they be?
Main calls will be Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. Eastern Time but are subject to change on occasion. Each week's lessons will be delivered in this live 90-minute call. While live attendance is encouraged, the replays will also be available in the online portal and the Facebook group.
Q&A Calls will be every other Friday at noon and will last about 30 minutes. You can watch on replay or show up live for however long you're available.
I’m still unsure about hypnosis. It makes me nervous. How does it even work?
If you're not sure about hypnosis yet, you are definitely not alone. Many of my clients have been in your shoes. It’s not something most of us are too familiar with.
Hypnosis is a totally natural state of mind, and we all experience it every day. It's a state of lowered conscious mind activity that allows your subconscious mind to come forward to make quick and lasting changes to your subconscious programming.
You’re in control the entire time - in fact, it helps you gain MORE control over those thoughts that are racing through your mind most of the time.
After the first session or so, almost all of my clients look forward to each session as their relaxing, “me-time.”
How long will I have access to the program?
